They can also cause complications like sinus infections and asthma attacks<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Allergies may be tough to beat, however, there are different ways you can prepare yourself as well as your home against it. Improving the indoor air quality is essential in keeping your home safe from allergens. You can start by changing the air filters of your air-conditioning unit.
