Non Occupational- environmentally related health problems that are being referred to our practice for consultation because of active or pending litigation. This includes mold related health issues.
AAS performs diagnosis and treatment on a "fee for service" basis. We DO NOT contract with insurance companies or accept payment directly from insurance for these services and will not be responsible for filing claims with your insurance company. Once a treatment plan has been developed, we can provide an estimate of cost and information regarding payment. Payment is due in full at the time of service. The patient may seek reimbursement directly from their insurance company after services are performed.
